NATIONAL REFERENCE LABORATORY HONORS LABORATORY TEAMS DURING MEDICAL LABORATORY PROFESSIONALS WEEK

Abu Dhabi, April 24th 2016 —During Medical Laboratory Professionals Week, April 24-30,2016, National Reference Laboratory, part of Mubadala’s network of world-class healthcare providers, recognizes its team of more than 120 laboratory professionals and celebrates their dedication as a crucial member of the patient care team, collaborating to improve patient care and outcomes.

From small practices to large hospitals and standalone laboratories, medical laboratory professionals deliver accurate test results every day and serve as part of the healthcare team to guide and assess patients’ ongoing treatment and care. Using state-of-the-art technology and instrumentation, laboratory professionals perform and supervise tests that lead to the detection of potential health problems.
